Hands down the best multi-functional golf training aid I have ever used. I take it everywhere I practice. By grooving consistency in my alignment and ball position, my confidence has soared and my scores are lower. It has also been a great tool for improving my stretching and fitness. I highly recommend every golfer put a Swinkey in their bag if their goal is to get better.
